Had Shingles 2006, and I still have residual pain. I was on prescribed medication and decided to try CBD oil (1:1), which i did 4 years. I take 5ml, three times a day and that keeps the pain at bay.

Definitely a relaxed non high feeling. I have a bit of back pain and it really goes away. Great stuff.
